An evening of music under the open sky is back.
The West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO) returns to the Village Green for a spectacular outdoor concert, bringing some of the most loved and recognisable music from popular culture to the Rockingham Foreshore.
Led by conductor Jen Winley, the orchestra will be joined by special guests Annie Aitken, Lorina Gore and Dr Matt Styles for a night designed to inspire audiences of all ages.
This is a free, non-ticketed community event and part of the City’s much-loved Summer Series.

• 7.00pm – WASO takes the stage (with interval)
• 9.00pm – Event concludes
Make a Night of It
Bring the family, pack a picnic or enjoy the onsite food trucks. Settle in with your blanket, cushions or low chairs and enjoy the atmosphere as the sun sets and the music begins.

Parking: Free parking available near Village Green.
Public Transport: Bus Route 555 runs between Rockingham Train Station and the Foreshore.
Active Transport: If you’re local, consider walking or cycling in.

The event is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, with:
• Accessible toilets including Universal Accessible Toilets
• Auslan interpreter for speeches and announcements
• Access matting for mobility aids and prams
• Designated accessible viewing areas close to the stage
Symphony on the Green is one of Rockingham’s major annual community events, proudly supported by Lotterywest, and celebrates music, connection and summer evenings by the coast.
Visitors are encouraged not to smoke, vape or consume alcohol during the event.
